PHIL2510: SPINOZA AND LEIBNIZ

SCHEDULE, 1998/99

In the following schedule, ‘week’ means the number of the week, counting from the beginning of teaching; ‘date’ means the day and month of the Monday of that week; ‘reading’ means the unit you should read during that week; and ‘seminars’ means the unit you will be discussing during that week.

You will be given the titles for the course essay at the beginning of the 4th week. All essays handed in on time should be returned with comments by the beginning of the 8th week. The work for Units 3 and 4 will each be only half the normal load, in order to give you time to write the essay.
